ASICS Gel-NYC Cream Mineral Beige Pink

Inspired by the brand’s running heritage the ASICS Gel-NYC Mineral Beige Pink arrives in a complex and eye-catching colourway that leans into the vintage aesthetic this design is trying to achieve but still manages to inject some modern intrigue into proceedings. Combining elements of the GEL-Nimbus 3 and the MC-PLUS V the shoe features an airy cream mesh base that is capable of keeping your feet cool and dry even when running. Beige suede and metallic synthetic overlays then reinforce the low-cut construction and the brand staple ASICS stripes comprising the lateral and medial sides and pink accents envelop the suede mudguard and toe cap, complementing the exposed GEL technology in the forefoot and heel. The shoe’s midsole also borrows from one of ASICS’ other successful models, with tooling that originates from the Gel-Cumulus 16 from 2014.
